"Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we were unsure about airline travel and our plans to stay at 1001 Tivoli Lane in September 2020. As it turned out, travel was safe and easy, the house and property were excellent, and we had a very relaxing week!


The house is large and fitted out with everything you need. We enjoyed the comfortable living room, family friendly and well equipped kitchen, and spacious pool and hot tub area. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, we had all the privacy we were hoping for. With 2 master suites and 2 further bedrooms, there's plenty of space for a family or two or even a few couples.


We found everything clean, spacious, and the owners have clearly made an effort to keep the furnishings up to date. The pool area was immaculate with a nice hot tub to begin or end the day - or really anytime. There were lounge chairs and a large dining table to enjoy al fresco meals.


The home offers powerful WiFi and TVs in the family room and in every bedroom (if you need that). We appreciated the large garage for our rental car and found plenty of useful beach items like chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys available. There were even a couple bikes to cruise around the quiet neighborhood streets - and we liked the extra safety of being in a gated community.


The Briarwood neighborhood is very convenient to the beaches, golf courses and downtown Naples. Great foodie restaurants and shopping at 3rd St South or 5th Avenue South are within a few minutes drive. Fort Myers Airport is 30 minutes away making it a quick trip back and forth.


This was our second stay at 1001 Tivoli Lane and will definitely be coming again!"

"Wow!!! From the booking, to us arriving at our gorgeous house for the week, until the sad day we left to return home, everything was perfect. Caroline was a pleasure to work with and took all the hassle out of planning our trip. Anything we needed before arriving she had it done and she even went out and bought a Pack'N Play just for my son to sleep in. She went above and beyond for us and the house exceeded our expectations being very clean, organized and well thought out! While staying in Naples, I had to contact Caroline as we were doing something wrong to turn on the TV and she sent a neighbor right away and it was fixed. Now that is service! We had plenty of room for everyone and the entertaining area worked great, plenty of space and very relaxing. The pool deck was a fabulous place to layout or to read a book. We are already trying to think of dates for our next trip to Naples and to this beautiful house!"

“We loved your beautiful house and our time in Naples. We have been to Naples and Briarwood a few times and this was by far the nicest house we have stayed in. The furniture and decor are all beautiful and the pool deck is larger than average so there was plenty of room for us all to lie in the sun.
There is a well-equipped kitchen if you want to eat inside or on the pool deck, though Naples also has many great restaurants. Downtown Naples has wonderful shops and bars on 5th Avenue or 3rd Street, but we sometimes found great restaurants in small malls around town too.”
